The Special Needs Caring Center of the Light and Salt Association (SNCC) was established in 2007 for children, adults and families with special needs. SNCC was initiated by a group of Chinese Christians whom are passionate about caring for people with disabilities. Some of the founders are parents with special needs children, some are volunteers, and others are students and retirees.  Soon after our opening, we quickly obtained strong support from many communities in the Greater Houston area.
